DRYING OVENS
Powder Coating Oven & Wet Paint Oven
The ovens we manufacture are designed and produced through special insulation and manufacturing processes. In this way, efficiency in operating costs is maximized.
Assembly is carried out with 160 mm thick sandwich-type interlocking panels, fully insulated with rock wool and equipped with a heat-resistant liquid gasket resistant up to 300°C.
The heat exchanger and burner used for heating the system are manufactured from the best products in their class.
Hot air is distributed homogeneously inside the oven through specially designed circulation fans, air ducts and vents. Equal curing is ensured on every product.

The material to be painted is subjected to a curing process for the polymerization of the powder coating. This process, which takes 10 minutes, is carried out at a temperature range of 180–200 degrees Celsius. Baking ovens are basically machines that provide this process. Box type baking ovens generally operate manually. Tunnel type ovens are generally suitable for automatic baking processes.
- Baking ovens are manufactured from sandwich panels.
- They are easy-to-use machines that do not cause loss of time or effort.
- Options operating with natural gas, diesel fuel and electricity are available.
- Baking ovens that heat up in a short time experience no energy loss, or very little energy loss, thanks to heat-insulated sandwich panels.
- Homogeneous heat distribution is achieved through the operation of the fans. The hot air flow is distributed to every point of the oven by means of the fans.
- These machines have digital control panels. (PLC)
- An alarm system is available; it notifies when the material has been cured.
- The two most important factors in baking ovens are time and temperature.
