In-Booth Sandblasting

Our In-Booth Sandblasting Machines are economical and versatile pieces of equipment that can be used with different abrasives to perform various types of applications. These booths are manufactured from sheet metal and coated with impact- and scratch-resistant liquid oven paint. The booths have doors that can be opened from both sides to provide ergonomic use. Both the inside of the booth and the inside of the doors are covered with abrasion-resistant rubber material. The doors are equipped with special gasket reinforcement to ensure full sealing.

At the front of the booth, there are two hand-hole flanges. Long-lasting sandblasting gloves connected to these flanges and a replaceable glass observation window with a wide viewing angle are included. On the right side of the booth, there are features such as a mobile stand and a wheeled rotary table.

The compressed air circuit includes various components, from an oil and water separator filter to a pressure regulator with a manometer, and a foot-controlled, protected, lockable pedal valve. A long-lasting boron carbide sandblasting nozzle is also included at the delivery stage.
